Key Responsibilities:

Embrace change by adapting quoting processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sales Conversion and Revenue Generation - Exhibit Grit and Ambition by pursuing sales targets with tenacity and a commitment to the greater good of the company. Own the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide solutions that align with the client's needs and budget, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Accountability and Documentation - Take ownership of sales activities and results in alignment with the "Own It" core value. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and outcomes. Report sales progress regularly and transparently to the sales manager.
  • Continuous Improvement and Learning - Actively seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional development. Share insights and best practices with the team to collectively improve processes and outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales Conversion Rate: Percentage of in-home quotes that result in confirmed sales.
  • Average Deal Size: The average monetary value of closed deals.
  • Customer Satisfaction Score: Feedback from clients regarding the sales process and service quality.
  • Follow-up Responsiveness: Timeliness of follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Contributions to enhancing sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in residential services or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A commitment to embracing change and continuously improving.
  • Familiarity with residential painting products and techniques is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Additional Information:

  • This is a commission-based role with the potential for bonuses and incentives based on performance.
  • The Salesperson will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the Operations team.
  • Travel within the designated service area is required.
